The Bentley Choir 2009 Homecoming Celebration was Saturday November 28th at Burton Manor in Livonia. About 650 people attended the 7 hour celebration. 21 members of the class of 1963 were there and made new memories! DVD's and CD's are available of the event. Order from the Bentley Choirs web site. Bentley Choir Alumni sang once again. Dr. Jerry J. Smith directed over 250 singers in the performance of the 'Battle Hymn of the Republic' at Ward Presbyterian Church in Northville. The Bentley alumni singers joined the church choir members last month on Thursday November 26, 2009 (Thanksgiving Day) at the 10 am service. DVD's are available from Ward church. November 28th is the Thanksgiving weekend. While this reunion will not involve a public concert like the Choir Concert of 1984, it will involve food, drink, merriment and a joyful singalong of choir Christmas music as only we could sing it! If this celebration doesn't light your fire then your wood's wet!
